Freight items
Poker tables, billiards tables, large bar furniture, patio sets, and multi-piece furniture orders may require LTL freight, room-of-choice options, or special inspection steps.
Delivery planning
Measure doorways, stair turns, elevators, ceiling height, and room clearance before requesting large items. Delivery constraints can affect service options and timing.
Before delivery
For freight products, inspect packaging before signing, document visible damage immediately, and keep all packaging until the product has been reviewed. This protects the resolution process if anything arrives damaged.
